The Explorer
That's one giant step for man...

Our little explorer has transformed his bedroom into a space exploration zone. His imagination transports him to the moon for his mission; to go beyond where man has ever traveled. We might live our life in a small bedroom, but it's here that we have unlimited places to go and horizons to travel to. I painted this image to play on the idea of gathering items from around the house and transforming them with our imagination: A glass mixing bowl for the helmet, a set of racing goggles, dryer vent tubes, and moving boxes. It was fun creating the flag out of a broom and an old piece of cardboard.
